Let’s face it, many people today pretend to be ‘free thinkers’, but few individuals tell the unvarnished truth, and pass the line into expressive territories that may be detrimental to their own social well-being. Especially when it comes to Integrity.

Massimo Scalzo once said that he always needs a sort of buoy to cling to in the storm of our times. There’s a oceanic buoy and a name in the image at the top. Thank goodness there are people who are like buoys in life. One of them is Dennis Pitocco.

Dennis Pitocco is not just a publisher, altough he is the engine behind BIZCATALYST360° which is the preeminent Network of outstanding business professionals, with fields of expertise across the spectrum and across the globe, with over 100,000 business professionals across 136 countries.

But we want to talk about the Man, not just the businessman. And what better way to talk about the Man than to show what he thinks about integrity in one of his articles: In Search Of Integrity: In Which Direction Does Your Compass Point?

We need people like Dennis Pitocco. We need people with ideals. We need people who allow themselves to be authentic, sincere, optimistic, even weird and angry, who go against the way of the world in the name of a world worth living in.

Dear Dennis,

this is Massimo writing. My colleagues are right. I need a sort of buoy to cling to… like the sea lions in the image above… many buoys… to know that there are still good people around. You and Neville Gaunt are two of them. Today living is almost like sailing the high seas, and integrity is the key missing ingredient in Leadership today, it looks like a difficult concept in today’s world. And yes… as you said: “Elvis has (long ago) left”… yes he left.. lock, stock and barrel… that’s why we need honest people with the strenght of a dream, to set an example to the world.

Thank you Dennis.
